What we measured
We read every file Eporner keeps for one 59-minute-58-second video and asked its servers for each file’s size. These are the exact byte counts, rounded:

Audio is AAC at 44.1 kHz in every file: stereo from 480p up, mono at 360p and 240p.
Why sizes vary between videos
A file’s size depends on its length and on how much moves in the picture, so two videos of the same length can differ. Use the per-minute column as a rough guide, and trust the label: geteporner shows each file’s real size before you save it.
Which quality to pick
- Phone: 720p. It is as sharp as most phone screens can show and a sixth the size of 4K. Choose 1080p on a large phone if storage isn’t tight.
- Laptop or monitor: 1080p.
- Large TV: 4K, when Eporner has it. It is four times the size of 1080p, so check your free space first.
- Mobile data: 480p. An hour costs about half a gigabyte.
What 60 fps means
From 720p up, Eporner’s files run at 60 frames a second, twice the 30 of the smaller ones. Motion looks smoother, and part of the jump in size from 480p to 720p comes from the doubled frame rate, not only the larger picture.
Will 4K play on my device?
Most phones and computers from the last few years play 4K H.264. Older or budget devices may stutter at 4K 60 fps; if that happens, keep the 1080p file instead.
